Because hey, look, not everyone is designed to work 9-5. Perhaps 70% of so of the population will manage to scrape by in that mould, but the other 30%, the people who are here to shake things up, aren’t designed to do that. But if you want change in your workplace or your business, you’re going to need to work with all the energy types, not just the ‘doers.’ Below gives you some examples of the dream careers for different energy types. You have consistent access to energy, making you an asset in jobs that require constant energy. Side note: If you feel like your energy wavers in your job or you get burned out easily, this is a sign that you are in a job that is unaligned, or your boundaries aren't working for you.

You are a chameleon, and actually, you have the ability to step into any role you wish to. This might feel overwhelming. So, the best advice for Chameleons, is to curate your network and environment carefully. Through this curation, you will naturally find where you should be and your true self will shine through.

Try not to make live more difficult than it needs to be, as you are here to flow through careers to shine a light on where improvements are needed.
